Your tasks • Professional preparation of pizzas • Production and preparation of pizza doughs • Independent management and organization of the pizza station • Ensuring a constantly high quality • Mise en Place and preparation of ingredients • Clean and efficient working even during intensive service times • Compliance with hygiene and quality standards • Good cooperation with our young kitchen team • 50 % preparing traditional dishes
