Senior Manager – Business Development Boutique Fitness & Pilates (100%) Location: Domat/Ems, Graubünden, Switzerland About David Jarvis Holding AG David Jarvis Holding AG is building a new business division based in Switzerland, specializing in high-quality boutique fitness, yoga, pilates, and reformer pilates. The business division will initially focus on the Swiss market and subsequently expand its activities to Europe and selected international markets. The focus areas include consulting, studio development, instructor training, product development, and the establishment of strategic partnerships. To successfully establish and further develop this business division, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced personality with proven expertise in the areas of boutique fitness, studio development, instructor training, product development, and business development. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a new business division from the ground up and sustainably shape its strategic direction. Your tasks • Strategic development and expansion of the boutique fitness & pilates business division. • Development and implementation of the long-term corporate strategy for Switzerland and international markets. • Consulting investors, entrepreneurs, and studio owners on planning, developing, and positioning high-quality yoga, pilates, and boutique fitness studios. • Development of innovative reformer pilates concepts, training programs, and premium studio offerings. • Planning of studio layouts, equipment concepts, and operational processes to optimize economic efficiency. • Development and implementation of instructor training programs, including structured training programs, teaching concepts, and comprehensive instructor manuals. • Recruitment, development, and coaching of instructors and future employees. • Establishment and maintenance of international relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, distribution partners, and strategic business partners. • Identification and development of new business opportunities, sales channels, and strategic cooperations. • Development of product lines, private labels, as well as merchandising and retail collections. • Development of marketing, brand, and growth strategies across digital and classic sales channels. • Support in the development of digital fitness programs, online training platforms, and mobile fitness applications. • Introduction of sustainable processes, quality standards, and effective knowledge transfer within the company. Your profile • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in sports science, sports education, business administration, or a comparable field of study. • Recognized teaching diploma or equivalent pedagogical qualification is an advantage. • Internationally recognized pilates and/or yoga training (e.g., Balanced Body, Yoga Alliance, or equivalent). • Several years of experience in building, developing, and scaling boutique fitness companies. • Proven experience in planning, conceptualizing, and operationally managing high-quality yoga and pilates studios. • In-depth practical knowledge in the area of equipment pilates, particularly reformer; tower knowledge is an advantage. • Experience in developing and implementing instructor training and further education programs. • Experience in product development, procurement, production, and international distribution of branded products and retail collections. • Pronounced entrepreneurial competence and proven experience in business development and market development. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills. • Experience in developing digital fitness programs, online learning platforms, or fitness apps. • Very good knowledge in the area of social media, digital marketing, and brand development. • Entrepreneurial personality with high initiative, hands-on mentality, and innovation enthusiasm. • Fluent English skills in word and writing are mandatory. English is the company language. • Good German language skills are an advantage; additional foreign languages are welcome. • International travel readiness.
