Your tasks
This exciting function offers the opportunity to actively help shape modern controlling approaches in a versatile NPO environment with a familial and appreciative corporate culture. You will actively drive the transformation of existing controlling towards a modern and management-oriented FP&A environment. In addition, you will continuously develop management reportings, key figures, dashboards, forecasts and planning instruments, thereby creating sound foundations for business decisions. In doing so, you will perform target-actual, budget and variance analyses, derive concrete recommendations for action and actively participate in the budget and forecast process.

A further focus lies in the establishment and further development of cost accounting as an instrument of financial management. You analyze financial and operational key figures, assume a business partner role for defined organizational units and advise managers on business-related questions.

Furthermore, you ensure reporting to the Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen (BSV), cantons and other public funders and drive its continuous optimization. You prepare financial and performance data, accompany closing work and support internal as well as external stakeholders with reporting and accounting questions. In the course of digital transformation, you actively participate in the automation and further development of controlling, planning and reporting processes, support the introduction of modern FP&A, BI and reporting tools and take on responsibility as a power user in corresponding projects.

Your profile
For this position, we are looking for an analytical, digitally affine and solution-oriented specialist with pleasure in numbers, processes and changes:

• Education or further training (e.g. eidg. Fachausweis) and experience in finance and accounting with 2-3 years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A or finance
• Good knowledge of accounting, budgeting and financial analysis, in particular very good Excel skills as well as high affinity for numbers, data and IT
• Experience with ERP, BI, reporting or planning systems; knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or Business Central is an advantage
• Experience in change or digitalization projects, for example in the introduction of reporting, MIS or cost accounting systems
• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as pleasure in critically questioning and further developing processes
• High social competence as well as initiative, networked thinking and teamwork skills
• Very good German skills, French skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
