Your tasks:

• Strategic development of the medical department and expansion of new specialist areas
• Analysis and optimization of medical and economic processes to increase efficiency
• Ensuring patient-oriented, cost-conscious treatment according to the highest quality standards
• Advising the clinic management on economic and medical-strategic decisions
• Representation of the facility at specialist congresses, scientific committees, and partners in the healthcare sector

Your profile:

• Completed medical studies with specialist training and additional training in management (e.g., MBA, health economics)
• Leadership experience in the hospital or clinic sector
• Interest in business administration aspects in healthcare
• Confident appearance in negotiations with internal and external partners
