To complete our team, we are looking for a Billing Assistant -------------------------------- ### Your mission * Process outpatient billing processes (entry of services, pre-billing controls) * Analysis and monitoring of activity in collaboration with various stakeholders (doctors, medico-technical and administrative staff) * Develop and update best practice documentation as well as internal procedures * Processing of pediatric oncology files (foreign patients) * Follow-up of medical information requests * Manage and process the return of XML and paper invoices (cancellation, modification, justification) * Respond to internal and external requests related to outpatient billing * Contribution to the improvement of process efficiency and the digitalization of activities * Extractions, formatting, analyses of billing data (Excel, Opale) ### Your assets · Holder of a CFC in commerce, or training deemed equivalent · Confirmed professional experience of at least 3 years in billing or pricing of health services, ideally in a hospital, clinic, or health insurance (benefits department) · IT proficiency and very good command of Excel, knowledge of OPALE, an asset · Good knowledge of outpatient billing in Switzerland, of the LAMal, of Tardoc and of outpatient flat rates · Ability to analyze and interpret medical services and their billing rules · Experience in billing, service control, medical pricing or invoice processing, an asset · Excellent writing skills · English level A2 · Autonomous, organized, rigorous and comfortable in managing priorities and deadlines · Flexible, with good interpersonal skills and a good team spirit · Analytical mindset and solution orientation · Motivated by achieving objectives within a specialized billing and pricing team ### We offer you An enriching activity within a dynamic environment where you can showcase your talents, specific training for our mission, salary conditions in relation to your skills.
