At our headquarters in Flums, we are looking for a collegial, flexible personality to strengthen our team as an
Operations Mechanic
starting immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
mechanical maintenance (functional testing, maintenance, repair) of production and auxiliary systems
rapid troubleshooting
manufacturing, repair, and overhaul of spare parts
conversions and assembly of machines
collaboration with all master positions and the operating personnel
support in the training of apprentices
Your profile
successfully completed training as a polymechanic specializing in maintenance, agricultural machinery mechanic, automotive mechanic, or similar
professional experience and specialist knowledge regarding pneumatics, hydraulics, welding
good German skills in speaking and writing
quick comprehension and networked thinking
team player, expeditious, resilient, reliable
quality-conscious, safe, and clean way of working

Our stone wool for thermal insulation as well as fire and sound protection is manufactured from the natural raw material stone 100% in Flums. Since 2024, production is carried out with a modern electric melting furnace, which significantly reduces CO2 emissions during stone melting.
