For one of our clients, a home care structure active throughout the Canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for several qualified Nurses to strengthen the teams.
Responsibilities
Ensure comprehensive care of patients at their home, in compliance with good professional practices.
Perform technical and relational nursing care according to medical prescriptions and current protocols.
Evaluate the health status of patients, identify their needs, and adapt interventions accordingly.
Develop, implement, and ensure the follow-up of the individualized care project.
Coordinate interventions with the different partners in the care network.
Ensure the traceability of care and the transmission of information within the multidisciplinary team.
Participate in the promotion of autonomy, prevention, and therapeutic education of patients.
Profile
Bachelor HES in nursing, ES Diploma in nursing or recognized foreign diploma (or in the process of recognition) allowing the practice of the profession in Switzerland.
Experience in home care is an asset.
Excellent organizational, autonomy, and priority management skills.
Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Good command of French, both spoken and written.
Category B driver's license mandatory.
Personal vehicle indispensable.
