Tasks ###

• Active monitoring and ensuring material availability for ongoing production and customer projects
• Regular deadline tracking with suppliers as well as consistent follow-up in the event of delivery delays
• Close cooperation with purchasing, supply chain, production, and project management
• Identification of supply bottlenecks as well as initiation of suitable measures to ensure delivery capability
• Maintenance and updating of delivery dates, material data, and availabilities in the ERP system
• Support of project purchasing as needed, for example with inquiries, orders, or the coordination of suppliers
• Escalation of critical procurement situations and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

Profile ###

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally with experience in planning, purchasing, material planning, or supply chain
• Technical understanding and interest in industrial products and manufacturing processes
• Experience in dealing with suppliers and deadline management is an advantage
• Assertive personality who consistently pursues delivery dates and communicates professionally even in demanding situations
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative
• Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
• German skills in speaking and writing, English skills in speaking and writing are an advantage
