We are a special school boarding school recognized by the Canton of St. Gallen. In our facility, 32 children and adolescents live and learn, for whom special schooling and pedagogical care are indicated. To complement our team, we are looking for, as of 20.10.2026 or by arrangement a Social Pedagogue / a Social Pedagogue (80%) ## Your tasks are ### • Care and support of children and adolescents in the residential group • Leisure activities and experience-oriented work with the children and adolescents • Administrative tasks • Independent completion of practical and domestic tasks • Cooperation with the family, professional, and therapeutic environment of the children and adolescents You are ### • trained as a Social Pedagogue HF/BA • familiar in dealing with children and adolescents and able to assert yourself appropriately. • benevolent, respectful, and appreciative towards challenging children and adolescents. • capable of teamwork, relationship-building, and conflict resolution. • enthusiastic, committed, and resilient. • ready to work with flexible working hours (weekends, evenings). • motivated to engage with the trauma-pedagogical basic attitude and the New Authority. • interested in identifying with our Christian basic values.
