Your tasks

• Ensuring proactive, regulation-compliant bed, OP intervention, and transfer dispatch
• Support and deputy for the team lead and assumption of leadership responsibility in their absence
• Coordination of daily business
• Support in quality management
• Administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile

• Tertiary degree (HF/FH or equivalent) in healthcare or a related field, leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Several years of experience in an acute care hospital and understanding of complex clinical and administrative interfaces
• Leadership experience as well as experience in instructing and supporting employees is an advantage
• Good knowledge of clinical processes, patient flow, capacity management, as well as experience with IT/planning systems
• High communication, coordination, and social competence, analytical thinking, assertiveness, and solution-oriented action
