Head of Property Management Department (80 - 100 %)

You will lead the Property Management Department professionally and personally and bear responsibility for the professional management of our cooperative residential stock as well as our commercial spaces. Together with the two management teams, you will continuously develop property management.

These are your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of the two teams (10 employees)
• Responsibility for the operational and strategic further development of the department
• Ensuring professional management of our residential and commercial portfolio
• Accompanying and supporting the team in demanding rental, tenant, and management topics
• Responsibility for contract management as well as for rent adjustments and other tenancy law issues
• Close cooperation with the departments of Construction and Development, Finance, as well as Facility Management
• Representation of the concerns of property management in construction, renovation, and development projects
• Responsibility for budget, annual financial statements, key figures, and reporting of the department
• Collaboration in the further development of processes, standards, and digital solutions

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial and/or technical basic education
• You have further training as Immobilienbewirtschafterin eidg. FA or dipl. Immobilientreuhänderin
• You have many years of professional experience in property management as well as leadership experience
• You are characterized by an appreciative leadership style and high social competence
• You enjoy promoting and developing people
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally of Abacus
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
