Your main missions:

• collaborate within several agencies in the region,
• welcome customers, guide them in the open space of the agency and train them in the use of the tools provided (notably e-banking and ATMs),
• determine their needs and detect their potential, advise them on various everyday management products or direct them towards specialized advice,
• autonomously manage a cash register as well as ATMs.

Your profile:

• banking or commercial training,
• experience in customer service, ideally with a financial institution,
• knowledge of basic banking products and services an asset,
• interpersonal ease, commercial skills, team spirit, geographical mobility,
• perfect command of French and good knowledge of English, an asset.
