Together with your team, you will ensure professional administrative patient processes across locations and actively drive their further development. For the management of our patient administration, we are looking for a committed, solution-oriented and leadership-strong Head of Patient Administration (m/w/d) 80 - 100% Place of work: Littenheid or Oetwil am See Your tasks Professional, personnel and organizational management as well as further development of the Patient Administration department with 11 employees Ensuring efficient and smooth processes along all administrative patient processes - from admission to discharge Ensuring high data and documentation quality as well as compliance with legal and tariff regulations (KVG, VVG, DRG, TARDOC, TARPSY) Responsibility for correct, complete and timely billing Continuous optimization and digitization of administrative processes Close cooperation with medicine, nursing, finance as well as external partners and insurances Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of improvement measures Participation and management of projects in the field of patient administration and patient management Your profile Commercial or business management basic training with further education in the field of hospital administration, health management or business administration Several years of professional experience in patient administration or a comparable administrative environment in the healthcare sector Experience in personnel management and team development In-depth knowledge of billing, in particular KVG, VVG, TARPSY, TARDOC and DRG Structured and solution-oriented way of working with a focus on the essentials Analytical thinking, organizational talent and high service orientation Communication strength, empathy and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Experience with Opale (ERP) and/or (KIS) is an advantage Our offer You can expect a varied and challenging leadership task with a lot of creative freedom and the opportunity to actively shape the further development of our patient administration.
