Bern (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% | This is the contribution you can make * Take over full deputy duties for the HR Admin 2 Team Leader * Competently advise employees, supervisors and HR managers in the HR Service Center and resolve inquiries in First and Second Level Support * Maintain personnel, payroll and organizational data in the HR systems and process payroll, expenses and social insurance processes reliably and on time * Independently carry out mutations in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (IPDM and PSD) * Independently process complex special cases and carefully control finance-relevant data and HR processes * Actively accompany IT developments, projects and system tests, as well as create evaluations and analyses; create work instructions and training documents and pass on knowledge within the team That makes you unique * Commercial or equivalent EFZ training with further training in HR (e.g., HR-Fachausweis or Personalsachbearbeitung) * Several years of experience in personnel and payroll administration * Confident handling of SAP or comparable HR systems as well as enjoyment of digital processes * Analytical, structured and independent way of working as well as enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders * Interest in taking on responsibility and developing professionally * Good knowledge of a second official language is an advantage In a nutshell Do you love working precisely and enjoy working in a team?
