For a renowned customer in the industry and precision manufacturing sector from the Zürcher Oberland region, we are looking for a committed personality as CNC Operator # Employment: 100% Location: Nänikon Industry: Industry diverse Publication date: 17.08.2026 Your tasks • Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC turning and milling machines • Independent setup, tool changes and rectifying simple malfunctions • Processing, deburring, cleaning, trowelling and packaging the parts • Carrying out and documenting quality inspections • Processing production orders in SAP as well as ensuring material availability and orderliness • Participating in TPM, KVP, Shopfloor Management and 5S Your profile • Completed training as a Polymechaniker/in or comparable qualification • At least 3 years of professional experience as well as experience with CNC machines (Siemens, Heidenhain) • Willingness for 2-3 shift work and mobility • MS-Office, SAP and LEAN knowledge is an advantage • Independent, precise way of working as well as team and communication skills • Good German skills What you can expect • 40-hour week, at least 25 vacation days and 4-7 bridge days • Free parking spaces and good public transport connections • Discounted, healthy catering in the staff restaurant • Attractive additional benefits and sports discounts Are you interested?
