You mostly work in the background, but are indispensable to our resort: Our employees in the maintenance team ensure through their commitment that the infrastructure and premises are in top condition at all times. To reinforce this well-coordinated 10-member team, we are looking for a cleaning staff member 50% immediately or by arrangement. We offer you… • a varied working day, in which you work throughout the entire resort and visibly contribute to the well-being of our guests. • regular working hours from 05.00 to 14.30 with two integrated breaks. • a well-coordinated and collegial team with different nationalities, in which mutual support and team spirit are a matter of course. • a staff room or a staff apartment within walking distance (subject to availability). • diverse benefits, including freshly prepared staff meals at a flat rate, free parking spaces as well as free use of the wellness area and much more. Your versatile tasks • Together with your team, you clean the public areas of our resort such as the wellness area, restaurants, bar, lobby and corridors. • You carry out special cleaning such as deep cleaning of various floor coverings, cleaning of all windows as well as maintenance work in the nearby staff house. • You support the maintenance team during the annual spa revision and carry out special assignments such as putting up the Christmas lights. • You assist with the preparation of our seminar rooms and ensure the smooth setup and dismantling of tables, chairs and seminar equipment according to the respective setups. • If you notice technical defects in the hotel, you either fix them skillfully or pass them on to the technical team. And you… • ideally bring training or further education in facility management. • have initial or several years of professional experience in a similar function. • have a good technical understanding and a quick grasp. • like to roll up your sleeves and appreciate working in a team. • possess a driving license of category B. • are ready and flexible for shifts on weekends. • convince with a well-groomed appearance, a positive aura and a high awareness of quality.
