Operations Coordinator - Procurement, Logistics & Facilities
Your main responsibility is to ensure the smooth execution of all site-related support processes. The role is responsible for coordinating procurement, logistics, and facility management activities and supports the technical and operational teams by ensuring the efficient provision of resources, infrastructure, and services.
Your tasks
Execute operational purchasing activities for materials • Organize and coordinate goods receipt, goods dispatch, and transportation activities • Manage inventory levels and spare parts • Ensure efficient material supply for operations and maintenance • Coordinate external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, waste disposal, security, etc.) • Arrange repairs and minor refurbishment projects • Support compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements • Support projects, plant overhauls, and outage activities • Coordinate site-related services and administrative processes
Your profile
Completed technical vocational training or an apprenticeship, with several years professional experience, preferably in logistics or facility management • Experience in an industrial, energy, or manufacturing environment is preferred • Understanding of technical operations and industrial processes • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • High level of service orientation • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Resilient and able to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
