Your environment

• Your future environment consists of a team of 13 employees (management, specialists, apprentices, and interns) as well as around 35 clients (supported employees). The versatile area includes open fields, covered crops, various workspaces, and the ARBES Lädali. The nursery is fully focused on the cultivation, care, and maintenance of regional vegetables and flowers, as well as floristry and the direct sale of products.

Your tasks

• You independently manage the cultivation and work planning assigned to you
• You instruct the supported employees in the work process
• You actively participate in production in various gardening areas
• You contribute to the development of products and service quality

Our requirement profile

• You have completed training as a Gardener EFZ and preferably bring several years of professional experience
• You possess sound knowledge in vegetable cultivation and/or the care of potted and ornamental plants
• You take great pleasure in interacting with people and ideally already have experience in the agogic field
• You are characterized by an independent way of working and are a resilient personality
