YOUR TASKS

• You carry out nursing interventions in consultation with nursing specialists and according to the nursing needs assessment.
• You support the nursing specialists in daily ward routine and contribute to smooth departmental operations.
• You undertake patient and material transport and accompany interns during their induction and coordinate their deployment.
• Support with the documentation of nursing measures and monitoring of patients' vital parameters
• Communication with relatives and other specialist departments within the framework of patient care and coordination of appointments

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as an Assistant for Health and Social Affairs (AGS) or as a Nursing Assistant.
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in the acute care sector, preferably in urology.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• You work reliably, responsibly, and in a service-oriented manner.
• You value cooperation in an interprofessional team and approach our patients with empathy.
• Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
