Fleet Manager (m/f/d) ##

Tasks ###

• Technical and disciplinary management of the planners and all driving personnel
• Strategic management, monitoring, and optimization of the entire vehicle fleet
• Responsibility for personnel planning and adapted resource management to ensure operational functioning
• Receipt of orders and planning of dispatch in collaboration with the sales department, especially for large projects
• Recording, monitoring, and management of ARV
• Organization of personnel training in the areas of CZV, occupational safety, behavior on construction sites, and process organization
• Organization and supervision of the internal heavy goods vehicle workshop with maintenance, inspection, repair, and technical control of approximately 40 vehicles
• Planning and coordination of external maintenance work
• Coordination and settlement of accident-related damage and repairs
• Operational implementation in accordance with ARV, SUVA, as well as ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
• Participation in our IT systems for the continuous optimization of our operational processes
• Interface function between production, invoicing, and the sales department

Requirements ###

• Successful training in logistics, commerce, or technology
• Several years of professional experience in fleet management or in a similar management position
• In-depth knowledge of traffic law, working time legislation, occupational safety, and vehicle technology
• Strong leadership personality, capable of motivating and developing the team
• Enjoyment of customer contact and ease in presenting our company's services
• Precise work in the goods management system and willingness to familiarize oneself with a new system
• Assertiveness, sense of organization, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented approach to work
