To strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified, committed PROJECT MANAGER FIRE PROTECTION (w/m/d) per immediate or by arrangement What you can achieve In the fire protection department, we assess existing buildings, accompany renovation and new construction projects as part of a QA mandate for fire protection, help with tenders, and advise and support clients, architects, and planners in the field of fire protection. You develop holistic fire protection concepts for new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects for a wide variety of buildings and facilities You advise clients and planning teams on matters relating to fire protection As specialized construction management for fire protection within the framework of construction projects, you ensure planning, implementation, and commissioning You create fire protection documentation, provide information for fire protection plans, and check them You perform integral tests and take on the function as QA responsible for fire protection across all project phases Further activities are possible in various areas Your competencies are a basic training as an engineer, architect, or technician HF or comparable and additional training in the field of fire protection (fire protection expert VKF / fire protection specialist VKF) You have several years of practical experience in fire protection planning and in the function as QA responsible for fire protection the style-confident command of the German language in spoken and written form is a matter of course for you You possess a driving license Cat.
