Work where variety comes to the plate The Yooji's Manufaktur, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite selection of sushi, sashimi, and much more. The production site of the Two Spice Manufaktur is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 employees. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to the Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufaktur. ZENBU products such as sushi, poke, onigiri, and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop throughout Switzerland. Do you want to become part of our team?
