Strong negotiating personality sought for the support of our rental fleet as well as customer equipment in German-speaking Switzerland.

Your tasks ##

• Customer consulting: Competent consulting of customers via email, on the phone, as well as directly on the construction site
• Quotation preparation: Elaboration of tailor-made rental and assembly offers for our rental fleet as well as for customer equipment
• Equipment support: Technical support of the rental and customer equipment
• Special projects & Key Accounts: Support of key customers and independent execution of demanding special projects
• Projecting & planning: Creation of precise construction site planning using CAD
• End-to-end processing: Responsibility for orders from conception through to execution and invoicing
• Interface function: Support of the field service for complex projects and supply of information to sales for repair offers
• Documentation & organization: Continuous maintenance and expansion of the technical documentation as well as efficient, independent organization of your daily work

What you bring with you ##

• Qualification: Technical background combined with a commercial way of thinking
• Experience: Several years of experience in the construction or construction machinery industry, ideally in the area of tower cranes
• IT skills: Sound experience in using AutoCAD as well as perfect use of MS Office programs
• Way of working: A structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Languages: Stylistically confident German (perfect in speech and writing), French skills are a big plus
• Personality: You convince through commitment, a positive aura, negotiation skills and reliability
