For our client, an established healthcare company based in Rotkreuz ZG, we are looking for several logistics specialists immediately.

Job Description ##

Operations- and Site Logistics is responsible for the material supply of instrument production in Rotkreuz. It also handles the loading of manufactured products for shipping. For these activities, the department is looking for motivated logistics specialists with the profile below.

Main tasks include:

• Collaboration in goods receipt, material handling, and shipping
• Receiving and checking shipments and booking goods receipt shipments in SAP
• Repacking and labeling material into defined containers
• Storing material in the storage location
• Material replenishment from the storage location to the workstations
• Distribution of material to delivery locations using a forklift/walkie stacker
• Packing and system-based processing of deliveries and production orders
• Picking according to pick list and loading according to loading list of finished products
• Sorting and assembling printed delivery notes and order documents
• If required, collaboration or assistance in other activities in Operations- and Site Logistics

We expect ##

Must Haves:

• Completed training as Logistiker EFZ
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a production logistics environment
• Office and SAP knowledge, knowledge of logistics systems such as automated warehouse technology is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (B2), English skills are an advantage
• Forklift license
• Good communication skills with internal customers and suppliers
• Experience in dealing with adjacent interfaces

Nice to haves:

• Basic training in the field of Lean, such as White / Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma
• Handling of hazardous goods and refrigerated goods
• Networked thinking with regard to the conflict of interest between process quality while complying with all safety regulations, compliance guidelines, and industry specifications
• Recognizing problems and the independent development and implementation of a sustainable solution through the application of Lean methods (KVPs)
