Shift work: 6/4 shift model

About the Role ###

Main tasks:

• Execution of manufacturing activities according to the production plan and quality specifications
• Careful and timely checking of batch documentation
• Cleaning, preparation, and disinfection of production equipment and premises
• Performing sampling, aliquoting, and in-process controls
• Monitoring equipment function and early detection of deviations
• Reporting malfunctions and irregularities to the responsible specialist departments
• Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations in everyday production

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical environment or a corresponding training, ideally as a chemical and pharmaceutical technologist
• Very good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice is mandatory
• Technical understanding as well as the ability to work independently and reliably according to specifications
• Experience with process control systems, ideally DeltaV (Emerson) or Siemens control systems
• Careful, structured, and quality-conscious way of working with high personal responsibility
• Business fluent German skills as well as basic English skills

Desirable requirements:

• Confident handling of Microsoft Office and process control systems
