Tasks
You have a law degree in your pocket and want to use your expertise where it has a direct impact? You have no desire for dusty piles of files, but want to actively help shape political and social processes?
Exert influence: You prepare decisions in administrative appeal proceedings for the Regierungsrat and the Direktionen – your analyses carry weight
Experience politics up close: You support a landrätliche Kommission, advise the members legally, take minutes and write the final reports
Be a sparring partner: You advise the Regierungsrat, the Direktionen and offices on diverse issues of public law
Accompany municipalities: You check the regulations and ordinances of the municipalities thoroughly
Shape the future: You contribute your legal expertise to exciting, interdisciplinary projects of the Kanton
Your profile
Sound know-how: Master of Law (MLaw) or Lizentiat; a bar admission is a big plus, but not a must
Leadership in writing: You have a talent for putting even complex facts into clear, understandable language
Communication talent: Whether it is Regierungsräte or Gemeindeschreiber – you always strike the right tone
Drive & initiative: You do not wait for instructions, but tackle topics independently and in a solution-oriented manner
Team player: With us, togetherness counts; you like to work at eye level and appreciate a collegial environment
