Project Manager Building Physics and Sustainability

You will lead projects in sustainable construction and building physics and be responsible for calculations, measurements, and certifications throughout the entire project duration.

Tasks

• Independently lead and implement projects in sustainable construction and building physics
• Create and document energy certificates, thermal bridge calculations, and Life Cycle Assessments
• Carry out measurements, for example regarding indoor air quality, and create simulations
• Perform inspection walks and quality checks on construction sites
• Advise planners and other project participants on building physics and sustainability-related questions
• Be responsible for topics such as thermal comfort, moisture protection, airtightness, and daylight in new and existing buildings
• Accompany sustainability certifications such as SNBS, Minergie, DGNB, LEED, WELL, or BREEAM

Profile

• Relevant training or studies, for example in civil engineering or building physics
• Further education in the field of sustainability is an advantage
• Interest in in-depth training in new technical topics
• Enjoyment of working in a team with a focus on joint project success
