Aktivierungsfachperson HF or an equivalent, CH-recognized training Professional experience in activation, ideally in long-term care Joy in interacting and working with elderly people Resilience, flexibility, independence as well as creativity and organizational skills High social as well as professional competence and ability for cross-departmental cooperation Good written and spoken German skills as well as IT skills (MS-Office) Humor and the ability to reflect Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen We provide a home for around 100 residents in 3 residential buildings.
