Pension Client Advisor (80-100%) Your area of responsibility: You are the business card of our pension fund and ensure a sympathetic and professional telephone reception for our customers. You process telephone and written inquiries from our insured persons. You implement business cases from everyday pension fund life, such as changes in marital status, vested benefits, or divorces, create calculations, and formulate correspondence tailored to needs. You actively engage in a collegial and friendly team.
