As part of the reinforcement of our organization and the structuring of our Supply Chain processes, we are looking for a Logistics \+ Planning Manager (M/F/D) at 100% In a context of transformation, you will ensure operational stability while sustainably structuring our planning and logistics processes. Your main tasks and responsibilities: Drive and structure the logistics department in a context of transformation Supervise and develop a team of 3 planners Stabilize and optimize S&OP and MPS processes as well as capacity planning Guarantee the reliability of customer deadlines, material availability, and the consistency of ERP data Analyze and drive logistics KPIs and intervene operationally when necessary Your training and skills: Commercial or technical training completed by a specialization in Supply Chain Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar function in an industrial environment Excellent mastery of SAP and planning tools Experience in team management and in a continuous improvement context Strong analytical capacity and sense of priorities You: Structuring and unifying leader in a changing environment Capable of combining strategic vision and operational involvement Rigorous, proactive, and solution-oriented Comfortable in managing priorities and pressure Communicative, with a strong capacity for cross-functional collaboration Workplace: \- 2504 Bienne (BE) Why choose us: You hold a key function in a strategic phase for the company.
