Building Technician / Maintenance Specialist as FACILITY SERVICE MANAGER (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the versatile maintenance of the entire infrastructure and the indirect services at the location
• Independent execution, or specific coordination with external contractors of all tasks in relation to the operational premises and surrounding areas, ensuring performance statistics as well as audits and process optimizations
• Coordination of contacts and cooperation with third-party companies such as electrical, HVAC, cleaning etc., management of the extensive service management (fleet, rental agreements, security, access, EHS, quality, procurement, disposal etc.)
• Ensuring, partly also complex, interfaces to internal units such as IT, production, supply chain, logistics etc.
• Regular exchange with the direct supervisor and other specialists in the management and leadership committee, active interdisciplinary collaboration on various projects within the entire company

Your profile:

• Sound technical basic training in building technology and/or trade with specific further training in the field of Facility Management
• Several years of experience in the organization and management of comprehensive infrastructure and environmental tasks as well as a good understanding of complex tasks in operational maintenance and building technology
• Proven track record in a technical, industrial or commercial company of medium size with a flat hierarchy
• Perfect German in speaking and writing, English is a great advantage, good experience with MS Office 365 - tools and ERP applications, age between 30 and 55, residing in the Basel metropolitan area
• High service orientation, pronounced desire for a very versatile, individually responsible and development-capable activity
