Job Description ##

• Develop detailed execution plans and tender documents
• Supervise and coordinate the different stages of projects
• Collaborate with the various project mandatories
• Ensure architectural direction
• Prepare and lead MO meetings
• Ensure fluid communication between all parties involved

The Successful Applicant ##

• Degree in architecture or equivalent recognized in Switzerland
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• Good mastery of Archicad
• Solid knowledge of Swiss construction standards and regulations
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems
