Apply now Share What awaits you? ## • Development and monitoring of customer base in basic services: identification of customer needs and proposal of adapted solutions in terms of current management, savings, means of payment, investments and basic provisions • Development of the client portfolio: acquisition of new clients, development and monitoring of the existing portfolio, while actively contributing to market prospecting actions • Collaboration and team work: identification of specific needs and orientation of clients towards specialized advisors, while promoting effective collaboration within the team • Commitment in a responsible environment: evolution in a cooperative bank with strong values, while actively contributing to a sustainable and responsible approach, giving meaning to professional activity What do you bring? ## • Completed banking training or equivalent level in another field of finance • Confirmed experience in consulting and/or sales (banking experience is a plus) • Ease in exchanges, with a developed sense of listening, understanding and adaptation • Enthusiasm to advise, serve and convince, while adopting a positive attitude and friendly behavior • Strong willingness to learn, continuously develop and achieve ambitious goals • Ease in using digital tools
