Introduction

For our Permanent Placement team, we are looking for a dedicated personality with enjoyment in consulting, customer care, and recruiting.

Tasks

• You support and advise companies in filling permanent positions.
• You build long-term and trusting customer relationships and develop them further.
• You accompany candidates through the entire application process.
• You conduct interviews and assess professional as well as personal competencies.
• You identify suitable talents via various recruiting channels and continuously expand your network.
• You create meaningful candidate profiles and present them to customers.
• You coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and accompany the process until the successful filling of the position.
• You observe the labor market and recognize personnel needs early on.

Profile

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, psychology, or a comparable field
• Experience in customer consulting, recruiting, HR, or another service-oriented function
• Professional appearance as well as high communication and consulting competence
• Empathy, reliability, and a sense for different needs
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, other languages are an advantage
• Affinity for digital tools and modern working methods
