For our production team, we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled person with high reliability and a focus on quality from October 1, 2026, or by agreement. You are resilient, work independently, foreseeingly, and structured, you act customer-oriented, and technical project work gives you pleasure! Overtime during project implementation phases is no problem for you. You have high leadership skills and are a team player. Working with people from different cultures is a pleasure for you, and you are willing to support them in their development. Your behavior in collaboration with others and in compliance with behavioral regulations is exemplary. What are your tasks? You are responsible for the independent and timely implementation of customer production orders at 2 plant locations in impeccable quality based on the planning agreed with AVOR. You lead the foremen and production employees disciplinarily and technically and ensure forward-looking personnel planning. Occupational safety is a lived responsibility for you - you set a good example and ensure consistent implementation in the team. You also ensure effective cooperation between the plant and other departments such as purchasing, AVOR, the other plant manager, and quality assurance. You are responsible for implementing the department's strategy for maintenance and development and, together with your team, ensure impeccable maintenance and maintenance of the machine park. You independently lead the resulting projects or take on sub-projects as a "Process Owner" on organizational and structural topics. What do we offer?
