HR Specialist 80-100% (all)

For our client in Niederglatt, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious HR Specialist (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Support and guidance of apprentices in the areas of KV, logistics, and production at two locations
• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration
• Support in recruitment and care of employees
• Collaboration in monthly payroll processing with Abacus
• Processing and administration of accident and illness reports
• Support for the HR management in various HR tasks and projects

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with further training as a vocational trainer
• Further training in HR, ideally with a federal specialist certificate or currently in training for it
• at least 3 years of professional experience in the support of apprentices
• Knowledge in payroll administration
• Confident handling of MS-Office and Abacus
