Your area of responsibility ###

• Independent management of a portfolio (residential and commercial properties as well as condominiums)
• Rental contract management (new lettings, adjustments, terminations)
• Carrying out viewings
• Contact person for tenants, owners, and external partners
• Coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Budgeting and cost control
• Implementation of sustainability measures in real estate management
• Reporting to the management
• Participation in projects

Your profile ###

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager or comparable further training
• Several years of experience in real estate management
• Sound knowledge of rental and contract law
• Proficient in negotiation, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Experience with common management software (e.g., GARAIO REM, ImmoTop2, Abacus or Rimo)
• Mobility and driver's license Cat. B
