For our client, an established company in the field of technical building equipment and automation, we are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented personality as a Project Manager Building Automation (m/f).

The company implements modern automation solutions for demanding building technology projects, combining control, regulation, and automation technology. In this position, you will take on a central role in the planning, implementation, and commissioning of projects and will be in close exchange with customers, specialist planners, and other involved trades.

Your task ##

• Independent planning and execution of projects in the field of building automation.
• Development and implementation of automation solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems as well as for room automation.
• Project planning and programming of control and regulation systems.
• Carrying out commissioning and functional tests of the implemented systems.
• Coordination of the various involved specialist departments and close cooperation with the trades of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, sanitary, and electrical.
• Responsibility for the technical, scheduled, and organizational implementation of the projects.
• Monitoring of the economic project goals and assumption of commercial responsibility.
• Direct support and consultation of customers during the entire project execution.
• Close cooperation with sales in supporting existing customers as well as in developing new projects.
• Development of practical solutions for technical and project-specific issues.

Your profile ##

• Completed basic technical training, for example in the field of electrical, building technology, or automation.
• Further training at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
• Several years of practical experience in building automation.
• Good knowledge in at least several areas of technical building equipment, especially heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical.
• Alternatively, sound experience in industrial or process automation.
• Experience in the programming and commissioning of automated systems.
• Good technical understanding as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in independent project management.
• Resilience and sense of responsibility.
• Customer-oriented appearance as well as enjoyment in working with different specialist departments.
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
