Your role and your impact daily ##

• Develop & Unify: Prospect and develop your network of partner companies in the Genevan basin by proposing tailor-made recruitment solutions (temporary and permanent).
• Advise & Manage: Become the trusted partner of your clients by finely understanding their technical and HR challenges.
• Recruit the best talents: Source, evaluate and accompany your temporary employees and candidates with high standards and benevolence.
• Retain: Ensure regular close follow-up, guaranteeing a lasting partnership in the field.

What we are looking for ##

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a placement/recruitment agency (ideally in a technical sector).
• Local anchoring: An excellent knowledge of the Genevan economic fabric and a network of local companies (a real plus to start strong).
• Entrepreneurial spirit: You like field contact, prospecting, taking on challenges and working in a team.
• Languages & License: Perfect mastery of French. Mastery of another language is a highly appreciated asset. Driving license indispensable.
