This poses high demands on our team every day in terms of compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety. Would you like to be part of our team? To strengthen our Quality department, we are looking for a precise and responsible person as a Quality Specialist. In this function, you will maintain and optimize existing quality and food safety systems and actively contribute to their further development.   A day in the life of a Quality Specialist   • Creating, revising and maintaining HACCP studies in accordance with FSSC 22000 requirements and internal Nestlé standards • Responsibility for Nestlé internal HACCP and Food Safety standards • Organization and implementation of HACCP team meetings • Review of Change Requests with regard to food safety • Implementation of HACCP training for factory employees and members of the Food Safety and HACCP team • Coordination of the annual oPRP and CCP verifications • Implementation and follow-up of measures from audits and assessments • Support of operational teams in the implementation of HACCP studies on production lines and in food safety deviations • Organization of internal audits • Participation in and leadership of interdisciplinary projects in the factory • Support of the hygiene team on topics related to PRPs and other hygiene measures   What makes you successful   • Completed degree in food technology, life sciences or a comparable field • Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in the food industry • In-depth knowledge of quality management, particularly in the areas of food safety and auditing • Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality • Independent, structured and careful way of working with pronounced organizational talent • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge an advantage • Very good English skills (level B2), German an advantage   We at Nestlé want to contribute to a better and healthier world, inspire people to a healthier life and work at a pace and scale that makes a difference.
