Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Ensure the handling, parking, and return of vehicles.
• Maintain the entrance and surroundings of the establishment impeccably.
• Assist with the transport and handling of luggage with care.
• Be available to assist the concierge team with various tasks.
• Manage specific guest requests with reactivity and courtesy.
• Inform guests about hotel services and the surroundings.
• Contribute to the prestigious image and standing of the Palace.

Profile sought

• Excellent presentation and irreproachable attitude.
• Keen sense of detail, rigor, and dynamism in daily life.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, a plus.
• Valid driving license in Switzerland (irreproachable driving).
• Proficiency in French and a minimum level of English for clientele.
• Ability to manage unforeseen events with calm and professionalism.
• Elegant and discreet nature, passionate about the Palace universe.
