Carpenter EFZ (m/f/d)

Your Tasks ###

• Organization and coordination of work processes as well as active participation in production and assembly
• Accompanying, supervising and providing technical support to apprentices during production orders
• Direct contact and trusted person for the assigned apprentices
• Conducting training sequences, qualification interviews and assessments within the framework of vocational training
• Collaboration and operation of the CNC manufacturing center

Your Profile ###

• Completed training as Carpenter EFZ, ideally with further training as Fertigungsspezialist VSSM
• VSSM vocational trainer training completed or willingness to complete it
• Category B driver's license mandatory for occasional assembly assignments
• Knowledge of C-technologies as well as basic knowledge in CNC programming and machining (NC-Hops)
• Goal-oriented, precise way of working with a strong sense of quality
• Responsible, independent and team-oriented personality
