Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Supporting the team leadership in all tasks related to the organization of the department as well as participation in direct care
• Ensuring and further developing the ward-related care and documentation quality
• Implementing a care organization system based on primary nursing on the IMC as well as planning, organizing and ensuring a smooth process with the given staffing ratio
• Active participation in achieving company goals
• Participation in various project groups for the future-oriented design of the department

What you bring to this position ##

• Training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF/FH with SRK recognition as well as IMC or IPS monitoring course Intensive care training NDS
• Leadership training is an advantage or willingness to complete it
• Strong social competence, dialogue and motivation skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
• Enjoyment in dealing with medical-technical devices and systems
• Readiness to work in all shifts
