November 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks <br /> • Support of demanding criminal proceedings in administrative matters -- together with the responsible prosecutors • independent systematic management of extensive investigation files (analog and digital) • organizational preparation and independent recording of interrogations • control and coordination of appointments, deadlines and procedural steps • conducting correspondence with parties involved in the proceedings and authorities, independently or upon instruction • preparation, drafting and dispatch of orders, decisions and motions • initial support of employees with IT problems <br /> Your profile <br /> • commercial training or comparable qualification • professional experience in the field of justice, police, public administration, advocacy or notary office is an advantage • interest in legal topics • reliable, exact and expeditious way of working • capable of setting the right priorities and always maintaining an overview • stylistically confident German -- even with demanding texts • good French skills (at least B1) • interest in IT and digital transformation <br /> We offer you You may rightly assume that the Canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions.
