Its mission is to offer, in Suisse romande, a wide range of assessment, orientation, counseling, development, and skill validation services, intended for people in employment, in professional transition, or facing difficulties in the labor market. As part of its development and in order to complete its teams, the Fondation Mode d-emploi is looking for, for its Payerne site: Two Forklift Trainers/Instructors at 90% Your profile: • Holder of the forklift instructor training certificate cat. R1 and R2, and overhead crane (issued by a SUVA, ASFL approved training organization) • Holder of at least the FSEA 1 certificate for adult education • Ideally holder of a CFC in the field of logistics • Valid first aid training • Beneficiary of a confirmed experience of at least 3 years in internal forklift training, ideally in a socio-professional environment • Ready to invest yourself in favor of people facing difficulties in the labor market due to social and professional barriers • Ease in training, accompanying, and transmitting knowledge • Developed interpersonal skills and ease in oral communication • Reliable, responsible, prudent, autonomous, and rigorous • Aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team and ability to collaborate in shared governance • Good command of usual Office office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) We will entrust you with the following tasks: • Leading forklift driving courses for people in professional reintegration situations (a maximum of 6 beneficiaries per session), including some who are allophone • Development of course materials adaptable to training groups • Management of group dynamics; Accompanying beneficiaries and individual or collective support • Organization and conduct of end-of-training examinations • Close collaboration with the internal network for the organization and monitoring of company internships • Management of attendance and other administrative tasks related to the courses Your professional context will include in particular: • Varied activity within a motivated and multidisciplinary team, in a dynamic institution and in shared governance (sociocracy) • Interesting working conditions (working hours, holidays, loss of earnings, LPP, etc.) • Salary scale: between CHF 71-000.- and CHF 99-000.- gross annual / 12 months (at 100%) If you believe you match the profile and feel concerned by our mission to fight against socio-professional exclusion, please send your complete application (cover letter, CV, training certificates, and work certificates) by 19.09.2026 by responding to our advertisement published on the site www.jobup.ch.
