Professional requirements

• nursing diploma HF/FH/DNII/AKP recognized in the CH, m/f.
• at least two years of professional experience in the CH, preferably in Spitex
• knowledge of the framework conditions in outpatient care.
• knowledge and application experience in NANDA nursing diagnostics, an advantage.
• knowledge of needs assessment with InterRAI-HC
• good user knowledge with computer, MS-Office

Your main tasks

• assessment of nursing needs for relatives of cared-for persons with InterRAI-HC.
• creation of nursing plans (NANDA diagnostics, verifiable goals, interventions).
• training of caring relatives in writing nursing reports and VeruA.
• assessment, instruction, advice and coaching of the caring relatives.
• clean, timely, complete documentation of the administrative processes.
• ensuring qualitative, nursing care of your assigned clients.
• occasional deployment in on-call service and in nursing to relieve caring relatives.
