Specialist VSB/GwG (a) Workload 80-100% Work location Bern-Liebefeld How you inspire You handle regulatory control processes in connection with our customer relationships You check all customer information subject to the bank's due diligence for completeness and correctness (VSB, GwG, AIA/FATCA) and ensure the corresponding processes You support our financial coaches as a specialist as 1st-level support VSB in compliance matters You do not shy away from regular telephone customer contact You communicate regulatory requirements clearly and understandably to front units and act as a consulting partner side by side with your team members You drive the continuous expansion of tasks as well as processes, are responsible, and bring initiative and dynamism to a varied area of responsibility What you bring with you You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship at EFZ level and ideally have experience in the field of compliance and/or sales of a financial service provider In addition to German, you master Swiss German at a very good level and bring the willingness to develop individually You like to take responsibility for your actions and are interested in regulatory topics in the compliance environment You possess a quick grasp of matters, and topics such as solution-oriented and independent working methods as well as quality awareness are a matter of course for you You are responsible, work in a structured manner, and think beyond your area of expertise We commit ourselves to you!
