Your tasks:

• Recruitment of medical specialists:

You take over the entire recruiting process from profile definition through direct approach to the successful placement of doctors, nursing specialists, and other medical specialists. Especially when personnel consultants for the medical industry are sought, efficient processes are crucial.

• Consulting and support of customers:

Through your market knowledge and your sense for the needs of your clients, you advise clinics, hospitals, health centers, and practices professionally and develop individual solution approaches.

• Building and maintaining a first-class candidate network:

With tact and sensitivity, you use your network, social media channels, and job portals to find top candidates for demanding vacancies.

• Market observation and innovation promotion:

You actively observe industry trends, identify new recruitment channels, and use modern tools to continuously develop our services.

• Quality and customer orientation:

You maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers and candidates, ensure a smooth placement process, and place great importance on an excellent Candidate Experience.

Your profile:

• Experience in personnel consultancy or recruitment:

Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on medicine or the healthcare sector.

• Specialist knowledge & industry understanding:

A good sense for the particularities of the medical labor market, including knowledge of relevant occupational groups and qualification requirements.

• Communicative competence & empathy:

Strong consulting, communication, and negotiation skills as well as a professional appearance. You know how to recognize and mediate the needs of both sides (customers & candidates).

• High initiative & quality awareness:

Entrepreneurial thinking, independence, and a structured way of working characterize you.

• Language skills:

German at native speaker level; further language skills, especially English or French, are an advantage.
