My client is a Swiss institutional real estate investor whose portfolio consists mainly of residential and mixed assets.

Job Description ##

As an Asset Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Portfolio Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses of the real estate portfolio, identify optimization opportunities and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Coordination with Real Estate Agencies: Collaborate closely with real estate agencies to ensure efficient management of properties, optimize rents and maintain tenant satisfaction.
• Value Enhancement Strategies: Develop value enhancement strategies aimed at maximizing the financial returns of the real estate assets under management.
• Renovation and Energy Optimization: Design and implement renovation initiatives aimed at optimizing the energy efficiency of assets, in alignment with environmental standards and legal requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting performance and opportunities for improvement.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Higher education in finance, real estate, engineering, economics or equivalent.
• Proven experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions or portfolio management.
• Solid knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss real estate market.
• Excellent mastery of real estate financial analysis and cantonal regulations (LDTR, LPPPL, etc.).
• Experience in the preparation and monitoring of CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with a results-oriented approach.
• Advanced mastery of Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and long-term vision.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Autonomy, pragmatism and sense of responsibility.
• Fluent French and professional English. German is a real asset.
