What you will do with us ##

• Ensuring a professional and smooth process at the reception/telephone operator
• Friendly and competent first point of contact for patients, relatives, visitors as well as external agencies and authorities
• Coordination of patient concerns and efficient forwarding to the responsible specialists
• General administrative work (recording patient master data, creating documents, incoming/outgoing mail, appointment scheduling, etc.)
• Material management

What you bring with you ##

• Commercial employee EFZ or equivalent training
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; other foreign languages an advantage
• Confident IT skills, especially in using MS Office
• Empathy and understanding for people in situations of psychological distress
• High reliability, discretion and flexibility, including willingness for irregular shifts (also on weekends, without night shifts)
